We are a Scottsdale bathroom remodeling company working out of Maricopa County, pulling permits through the city and building showers, vanities, and floors for homeowners from 85251 to 85259. Bathroom Remodeling Scottsdale AZ means dealing with hard water stains, 1980s tile, and shower pans that have been leaking quietly for years. We open the wall, show you what failed, and fix it before the new tile goes down.
What separates us is the order of operations. We set the shower valve and PEX piping before backer board, flood-test the pan overnight, then tile. Our crew carries an Arizona ROC license and works EPA Lead-Safe practices on pre-1978 homes. If you have been searching for a Bathroom Renovation contractor Scottsdale AZ homeowners actually see finish the job, we hand you a written schedule and keep it.
Every project starts with a walkthrough and a written scope. We handle demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, glass, and paint with our own crew, so you are not chasing five subcontractors. If you need affordable Bathroom Remodeling in Scottsdale AZ on a fixed budget, we will tell you what to keep and what to replace.
We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we pull the permits ourselves. That matters in Scottsdale, where inspection covers plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing before the tile goes up.
We pull the city permit and schedule inspections for plumbing, electrical, and framing. Work follows the IRC, IBC, and NEC, and we do not close a wall until it passes. You get the signed-off paperwork at the end.
Every shower gets a waterproofing membrane over cement backer board and an overnight flood test on the pan. That is the difference between a shower that lasts fifteen years and one that leaks into the ceiling below in two.
Our own tile setters, plumbers, and electricians work the job in sequence, so you are not waiting on a no-show sub. We give you a written schedule and update you at the end of each day.
We measure the room, check the shutoffs and drain, and talk through what you want. You get a written scope with a price range and a start date.
We protect the floors and haul out the old tub, tile, and vanity. Then we move the plumbing and electrical, set the new shower valve, and call for inspection.
Cement backer board goes up, then the waterproofing membrane. We flood-test the pan overnight, then set tile with a wet saw and grout float.
Vanity, toilet, faucets, lighting, and shower glass go in. We caulk the wet joints, test everything, and leave the room broom-clean.

Hard water, dry heat, and old plumbing take a toll on Scottsdale bathrooms. Here is what we see most often and how we fix it without tearing out more than we need to.
Ask a pro →We cut out the failed pan, check the subfloor for rot, and rebuild with a new liner and waterproofing membrane. The pan gets flood-tested overnight before tile. Most leaks trace back to a cracked pan or a bad caulk line at the curb.
Scottsdale water leaves mineral deposits that eat grout. We remove the old grout, clean the tile, and regrout with epoxy grout, which resists staining and does not need sealing every year.
If your mirror fogs for ten minutes after a shower, the fan is undersized or clogged. We replace it, vent it outside, and check the duct run. That stops the moisture that feeds mold on the ceiling and in the corners.
Water damage under flooring shows up as a soft spot or a cabinet that will not close. We pull the vanity, cut out the damaged subfloor, treat the framing, and rebuild before new flooring goes down.

Straight answers to what Scottsdale homeowners ask us most before signing off on a remodel.
+18556124434 →A typical full bath in Scottsdale runs $18,000 to $32,000 in 2026, while a cosmetic refresh lands between $6,500 and $12,000. Master suite remodels with a freestanding tub and frameless glass often hit $38,000 to $65,000. Tile choice, whether plumbing moves, and glass lead times drive most of the swing.
The right contractor pulls the permit, carries an Arizona ROC license, and flood-tests every shower pan before tile. Ask to see the waterproofing step in writing. We walk you through our sequence, show you the membrane and backer board, and give you a written schedule you can hold us to.
Yes, if you move plumbing, electrical, or structural walls. The city inspects rough-in before the wall closes. Cosmetic work like paint, tile over existing backer, and vanity swaps usually does not need one. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections so you are not chasing the city.
A full hall bath takes three to five weeks. A master suite with custom tile and frameless glass runs five to eight weeks. Powder rooms and half baths finish in one to two weeks. Tile and glass lead times are the biggest variable, so we order early.
Affordable means the right scope, not the lowest bid. Keeping the tub and replacing the surround, vanity, and floor saves thousands. We give you a written estimate with line items, so you can see exactly where the money goes before demo starts. Call +1 855-612-4434.
